Why the itch keeps coming back

When an insect bites, it leaves saliva under your skin. Your body treats it as a threat and floods the area with histamine. That reaction is the itch.

Does it hurt?
No. You control how hard you pull and how long you hold it. Start at half power for 5–10 seconds. If you see a mark afterwards, you used too much suction or held it too long — ease off next time.
Can kids use it?
Yes, with adult supervision — it has small removable parts. Children have thinner skin, so use noticeably less suction and less time than you would on an adult.
How fast do I need to use it?
As soon as you notice the bite. The longer the saliva sits under the skin, the more time your body has had to react to it. That's why it's worth keeping one within reach rather than in a drawer.
Where does the saliva go?
Into the removable end cap. Twist it off and wash it with soapy water or wipe it with alcohol between uses. Keep the pump section dry so it doesn't lose suction.
Can I use it on my face?
We don't recommend it. Skin on the face and neck is thin enough that marks are much more likely. Avoid the eye and ear area entirely.
Are there any chemicals in it?

What if I'm having a bad reaction?
